Refund policy

We want you to enjoy a smooth and positive experience with Pulse.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns of Unopened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused Pulse ENERGY bottles.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).

2. Opened Products

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or products whose seal has been broken.
This policy ensures consumer safety and complies with health regulations.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.pulsebox@gmail.com

  • Please include photos of the product and packaging

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference

Your satisfaction matters, and we will always do our best to resolve any issue quickly.

4. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days, and we will immediately send the correct item at no additional cost.

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to locate or replace your package.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your product, you may return an unopened item (per the policy above) and place a new order.

7. How to Start a Return

Email us on our contact page with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your request

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will provide instructions and assist you throughout the process.
