Welcome to PULSEBOX! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our store, website, and all related content, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PULSEBOX. PULSEBOX is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Our products are intended for adult use only.
To use the Services, you may be required to provide accurate and complete account information, including contact, billing, payment, and shipping details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to present our products accurately. However, colors, textures, and appearance may vary depending on your device's screen settings. We do not guarantee that the product you receive will identically match its digital representation.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We may discontinue or limit products at our discretion.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. PULSEBOX reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is only accepted once payment is processed and confirmed.
Please verify your order carefully before submitting. Cancellation requests may not be possible once an order is processed.
If we must modify, decline, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, phone number, or billing address provided.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for personal use only, not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice. The price you pay will be the price shown at checkout at the time of your order.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount including taxes and shipping.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs, or any events outside our control.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfers to you.
We currently ship within Israel only. International shipping may be added later.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, images, graphics, text, product names, and other content on the Services are the property of PULSEBOX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Unauthorized use of the Services may violate intellectual property laws.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third‑party tools that we do not control. You acknowledge that we provide such tools “as is” and without warranties.
Your use of any optional third‑party tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
This section must remain unchanged per Shopify requirements.
PULSEBOX is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made between you and PULSEBOX, not Shopify. You expressly release Shopify from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from transactions with PULSEBOX.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information regarding your use of the Services to operate and improve its platform.

SECTION 11 – HEALTH & SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMER
Pulse ENERGY and all PULSEBOX supplements are dietary supplements, not medical products.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
They should not substitute professional medical advice or a balanced diet. Consult your healthcare provider before using our products, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Individual results may vary.
SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK
Any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or content you submit (“Feedback”) may be used by us for any purpose, including commercial use. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use such Feedback.
You confirm that you own or have rights to any Feedback submitted.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if needed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
